The site was easy to move around in, at least for what I was looking for. I found the optics info without too much trouble, though maybe I just got lucky with where I clicked. Pages loaded fine and the checkout seemed clear enough. I do think the product filters could be a little better, but overall it worked well for what I needed.

I picked this up mostly for checking fields after dark, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The detection range is better than I expected, and I can spot heat signatures far out even when the weather isn’t totally ideal.

The one thing I’ll say is that at longer distances, figuring out exactly what you’re looking at can still take a bit of guessing. For scanning areas and noticing movement, though, it works well and has been a handy tool to have

The prices aren’t terrible, but I did feel like they could be a bit cheaper. After paying, I had this uneasy feeling like I wasn’t totally sure I got the best deal, which made me a little hesitant about trusting the whole thing.

It fit my helmet mount well, though in my case I did need a small adapter that I already had lying around. To me, that wasn’t a big deal since it still ended up working just fine.

The image is sharp and bright, even out toward the edges, and I was surprised by how clean it still looked in low light. Shipping was fine, and setup wasn’t hard, but I’ll admit I was kind of annoyed that I had to spend more time fiddling with it than I expected before I felt like everything was dialed in. Once I got past that, though, I had no real complaints. I’d buy it again.

I picked up a mount and a few spare caps, and they’re better than I expected. The mount feels sturdy, the caps snap on nicely, and everything fit without me having to fiddle with it on my kitchen counter for 20 minutes. I’ve been using them for a bit now and haven’t run into any problems. Happy with the quality

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I’m not saying it’s junk or anything. But after using it for a while, the weight really starts to bother me. The grip and button placement aren’t exactly comfortable either, at least not for my hands. For what it costs, I feel like expecting better ergonomics isn’t unreasonable. It’s not awful, just frustrating if you plan on using it for longer stretches

The box showed up a little crushed on one side, so the packaging was just kind of okay. Nothing major was ruined, thankfully, but it did make me pause for a second when I saw it on the doorstep. Funny enough, I was already having one of those days where the recycling bin was overflowing, so this just added to the cardboard situation. Overall, it arrived fine, but the box definitely could’ve been sturdier

I ordered this from nvisionoptics.com and I’ve had it out on a few night hunts now. the thermal image is a lot clearer than I was expecting, even on a damp night where I figured it might get a little fuzzy or weird.
Heat spots pop up quick, and the detail is good enough that I’m not sitting there second guesing what I’m looking at. Battery life has been totally fine too, no suprises there so far.
The site was easy to use, shipping was normal, and there wasn’t any drama with the order. Overall I’m happy with it and would buy it again if I needed another one

Tech support did get the issue sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that. But i was getting impatient by the time they finally got to me. It worked out in the end, just took longer than I expected.

It worked fine in the beginning, but after just a few trips the body started feeling loose. Bummer. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better.

I ordered from N-Vision Optics and the shipping ended up being way slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated for a few days, which made it even more frustrating. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the wait was annoying. Did anyone else have the same issue with their shipping?

I’m happy with this one. It works well, feels like a solid value, and didn’t cost a ton, which is always a nice little win.

Bottom line: I’m happy with it. The battery lasts long enough for what I need day to day, even if it’s not exactly perfect. I don’t really have to worry about it dying on me too often, so that’s been a nice plus.

They got back to me really fast and fixed the issue the same day. Didnt have to chase anyone, which was nice

I was browsing around for some night vision gear and nvisionoptics had a good range to choose from. It was easy to compare a few options without having to jump all over the place, which was nice lol. Found what I needed quickly, so no complaints from me

When I ordered, I went off the specs listed, but once it arrived, they just didn’t seem accurate. It felt like the description was a bit off compared to what I actually got. I’m disappointed and would expect some kind of compensation or partial refund for the mismatch

I had to send back a scope mount and customer support got back to me the next day. The warranty details were easy enough to figure out, and the refund showed up about a week later. It wasn’t totally seamless, but overall they took care of it without much hassle.
